xF1 Beta [Nudaii] User Banner+ 1.0.2 Release

sometime you only want to add a custom banner to a user without creating a whole new group for it, this addon solves that issue by allowing you to edit a user in the admincp > user you want to edit > personal details tab and add in a custom banner title, class, and tooltip (shows on hover) for individual users.

uses phrases and style properties, by default 5 style properties have been added to get you starter with the extra banner css. the banners show up in posts and profiles
