xF1 Add-on [Nudaii] Href Language Tag 1.1.3

Small error in the form, while it allowed the data to process correctly threw up a false error message in some cases

Fixes a bug when creating new forum nodes due to missing null value.

Howdy all you can now set a override on a per node basis that affects the threads within that node , as well as the node itself

Please note this affects only "forum nodes"
