This add-on is for older versions of XenForo.
If you have XenForo v1.5x or newer, follow this to enable a New User Welcome.
Admin Control Panel -> Options -> User Registration -> New User Welcome
If you have XenForo v1.5x or newer, follow this to enable a New User Welcome.

Description:
Sends a Conversation message welcoming a new user to your forum.

Features:
- New Conversation is sent only after the registration is approved.
- Message can include BB Codes, Smilies and {username}.
- Option to "Lock" conversation so no replies can be made.
- Option to "Leave Conversation" by sender.
Installation:
- Download newuserconversation_v2.2.zip and unzip it.
- Upload the Andy folder to your server. The correct location will be library/Andy.
- From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.
- Upload the addon-NewUserConversation_v2.2.xml file.
- Click the Install Add-on button.
Table:
- A database table called xf_new_user_conversation is created.
