XenForo Warning Posts

I cannot warn people's posts, I have checked over the permissions 100 times and everything is correct. No permisison is set to never, and the permissions in the owner group is set to allow. I can warn profile posts, but not posts on the forums.

I press the warn, on a post (ignore the name, it's a real account):
