Uploading my theme

I dont have much experience with this, so anything basic could help. Thanks

your files not right place

you must upload what in folder Upload not all folder you have

So can you explain me where I have to place the files? Like: .. -> .. -> ..->

Upload all folders in Upload folder in your Public_html in site
