Resource Upload directly when creat new resource like null-scripts.net?

an explain from my knowledge:
- When creat new resource, on the page that open to input resource info, has a space for browse file to upload too. So we no need to upload in another place when creat new resource.
- Easy for understanding: exactly like null-scripts.net upload resource.
