Few Minor Changes

- Removed feature that hid content based on CloudFlare security risks. Too many false positives
- If you just wish to block Proxies and VPNs you no longer need to have CloudFlare
- Renamed to better suite the add-ons requirements

Reject Registration instead of moderate

Added the ability to choose to reject registration instead of moderating.
