xF2 Add-on [TH] Giphy 1.0.4 Patch Level 1

Changes:

• Resolved an issue that prevented the giphy modal from showing up on the first editor button click after the modal had been closed without submitting.

Enhancements:

• Now shows "Powered by Giphy" on modal to conform with Giphy's guidelines
• Now parses the giphy BBCode from the XenForo 1 version of the add-on

• Giphy icon would show if API key hasn't been set, resulting in errors being displayed to the user
