xF2 Add-on s9e Media Sites 2.18.3

Replaced GoFundMe's Flash widget with their new and slightly awkward HTML embed.
Imgur embeds now rely on Imgur's oEmbed endpoint.

The add-on will now reinstall the media sites that are bundled with XenForo 2.0 if it is uninstalled.

This is a browser issue that only affects Chrome versions between 6X and 65. It is fixed in Chrome 66.
