xF1 Add-on s9e Media BBCodes pack 20231102

The list of supported sites in the "Add Media" dialog has been limited to 40% of the screen's height. If that's not enough to show all the sites there should be a scrollbar unless it's suppressed by the browser.

Videos are back to being displayed as a standalone video player, now in a dynamically-resized iframe.

Added support for links to the Steam store

Moved most of the Amazon widgets to their new server/URL.

ESPN moved from http://espn.go.com to http://www.espn.com. Some older URLs may become unsupported.

Links to TED Talks transcripts are now ignored.

Replaced the old album markup with the newer embedded post markup.

VK updated some of their markup.
Added support for non-ASCII usernames in Google+.
