- You should define Primary Groups and Secondary Groups which will be used for promote and demote user.
- Allow moderator can change primary group of user
- Allow moderator can change secondary groups of user
- Upload all files to host and select merge if asked
- Go to ACP install addon with this path: library/Nobita/Promote/addon-nobita_Promote.xml
