xF1 Add-on [oman] Style Chooser Link in Visitor Panel 1.5.1

• Ensuring the add on works properly with the sidebar_visitor_panel template changes.

• Ensures that if a user is unable to select any style, the style chooser will not appear.

Thank you to both @Cyb3r and @pecadm for assistance in implementing these changes. I would definitely recommend upgrading to this version.
