Add "blank SVG" option to allow customizing of the blank SVG template

• Fix potential SVG rendering issue

• Compatibility fix for older browsers where lazy loaded images just do not load
• Fix that attachments would not show as expected for some devices

• Fix javascript error in thread on-hover preview

• Fix that "Force lazy loaded spoiler" would result in spoiler'ed images failing to load for users without the lazy loading permission
