xF2 Add-on Discord Integration 2.8.7

This add-on now requires XenForo 2.0.10+.

• Use XenForo 2.0.10's new code event listener to sanely add an additional column for XF Resource Manager support when it is installed after this add-on.

• Remove some unused templates and options.

• Fix an issue where the add-on was preventing the move thread link from showing up correctly.

• Add the ability to mirror alerts from XenForo to Discord.
  • Upon receiving alerts, users will receive a private message from the bot which will let them know about the alert.
• Fix a potential issue where the bot invite URL would not be correct.

• Minor improvements to the new bundled bot.
• Add the ability to promote individual threads to Discord channels with a message (permission controlled).
• Add the ability to manage / edit Discord channels via the ACP.
• Fix an issue where the Discord navigation menu would not be correctly selected.
