xF2 Template Modification [CSCN] Moving Staff Tools to Nav Group 1.0.1

This update changed the addon folder from "cscn/navStaffTools" to "CSCN/navStaffTools" to keep compatibility with other future CSCN-branded addons. I suggest uninstalling 1.0.0 and reinstall this 1.0.1 update (or future releases possible).
