FIXED: Bug where users are unable to remove a bookmark for a user who has restricted their profile (thanks @gigipmc)
Update prevents the bookmark button from showing for users who are viewing themselves
Changed permission from "Can bookmark users" to "Bookmark users" Moved permission from its own permission group to the existing "Bookmark permissions" You will need to redo user group permissions
