hi I.m facing an error that email address and username already in use but I didn't use that username and email ever help me guys I.m using version 2.0.2 xenforo version

thanks for reply actually whenever anyone try to register forum and they put their valid name and email address also check captcha but in last time its saying that email address already in use but that email isn't registered with forum please look at the screenshot I attached help me plz
