xF2 Add-on [Wutime] Allow User to Hide Avatars 1.2.0

• ADDED: template modifications for XF 2.3
• KEPT: backwards compatibility with XF 2.2
• FIX: user preference option not appearing on XF 2.3
• FIX: hiding avatars not abiding by option on XF 2.3
• ADDED: logo and ensured upload exists for download

This is a recommended upgrade if you're having an issue whereby the avatars are still showing when the user preference is enabled:

• This fixes the template modification not being executed when lots of other addons are installed
• Template modification execution order increased to "1" from "10"

• Bug fix where large avatars would still show on message post pages
• Hiding avatars will no longer hide online status and badges
