xF1 Style Whisper 2 1.3

Here is a new version of style Whisper.

What's new

• Done completely via CSS3. No more extra files for gradients. In fact, there are only 3 files now to upload.
• No more templates editing. All the changes done via whisper.css (it requires in template 'ad_below_bottom_breadcrumb', extra.css is unmodified).
• Refreshed look of most of the elements.
