It's a simple enhancement on how quote BBcode shows itself.
If someone or something is quoted, then there are 3 ways it shows.
It shows as just a quote box
It shows the quote box and member's name
It shows the quote box, member's name and a link to the post.
If there is a quote with a member's name along with a post ID number, then the member's name becomes a link and not just the image at the end.
You can edit the options under the settings, [vBMods] Quote BBCode
