Installation:
The External File option allows the use of a PHP file that can control the final outcome of the thread title.

Installation:
- Download Andy-TitleControl-1.3.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/TitleControl directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
