xF2 Add-on [TH] Covers 1.1.1 Patch Level 5

Covers
Allow users to customize various locations throughout your XenForo board. Users can set static images, animated images, or colors for their cover. Choose between uploading an image or downloading an image from a URL. Admins can easily control whether a user can upload images, choose a color, or choose the size of a color through user permissions. Full cropping of covers is included to ensure covers are properly displayed on every page.

Permissions

• Control who can see covers
• Control who can use cover on which resource types
• Control who can edit covers
• Control who can upload (from own computer) and download (from URL) images for covers
• Control who can position cover images (once uploaded)
• Control who can style cover images (= use background color at the moment)
• Control who can use cover presets
• Control who can delete own covers

Options

• Remove “last seen” from user profiles with cover
• Remove “user title” from user profiles with cover
• Remove “user banners” from user profiles with cover

Cover Presets
ACP -> Content -> Cover presets

• Create Cover Presets in the ACP
• Enable/Disable Cover Presets
• Order cover presets (including quick order)
• Select presets as default for content types
  • Default presets will be shown when no cover or preset is selected for a given content of the content type
• Apply user criteria to control who can use each cover preset

Frontend

• Upload/download Cover Image to server
• Style cover image
  • Only background color at the moment
  • Also works without an image, so color-only-backgrounds can be set
• Reposition cover image to align it better
• Select a cover preset
  • Replaces selected cover if image or styling was applied previously
  • Can be deleted once selected
  • Works in conjunction with styling applied afterwards (e.g. a preset with only a background color will stay active when an image is uploaded and vice-versa)
• Delete cover from content type

Backend
ACP -> Content -> Cover list

• Complete cover list of all existing covers
  • Filter by content type
  • Filter by user
  • Filter by last edit date
  • Quick delete covers
  • Direct link to content with cover
• Edit covers in the ACP
  • View cover information
    • Content Type & Name
    • User who created cover
    • Last edit date
    • Applied styling
  • Modify/delete image
  • Realign image
  • Apply styling
  • Replace with preset
  • Delete
