Features:
- Cron entry runs every 10 minutes and will create a Reply ban thread if a member has been banned from a thread.
- All phrases start with replybanthread_ for your convenience.
- Download Andy-ReplyBanThread-1.0.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/ReplyBanThread directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
