xF1 Add-on [RainDD] Floating Navigation 1.0.2

Lowered Z-Index values both below the xenforo overlay as well as the gallery overlays. Should fix known problems. However if like me you run XenPorta 1 with a slider the z-indexs for the controls in the slider need to be lowered so they don't show ontop of things they shouldnt.

• Adjusted default position and style of alert counts on float.
• Added style property to adjust position and style of alert counts.
• Added style property to adjust shadow properties.

• Changed moderator bar measurement from height to outerheight.
• Moved Javascript and CSS to templates for easier editing.
