Removed icon in ACP addon menu.
Added [OzzModz] to addon title to make finding it in the ACP easier.
Added link to support thread on Snog's site.
Added Ozzy47 as the developer.

This update adds a post and thread counts cache for better performance.

Note: Uninstall NulledTeam - Post Areas: Pro Performance before you upgrade to 2.1.0. If you uninstall it after upgrading, there will very likely be problems because „Pro Performance“ uses the same cache table and removes it during uninstallation.
