xF2 Add-on Notice Time Replacables 2.4.0

• Add "Notice relative time - Show seconds" option (default: false)
  • If true, seconds are shown outside of the last 2 minutes which will cause page reflows every seconds
  • This option requires Standard Library by Xon v1.21.9+
• Add "Notice relative time - Maximum number of date-parts" option (default: 0)
