xF2 Unmaintained Mini-me posts in threads 1.0.0

Nothing's changed, I've finally managed to upgrade my forum to the latest 2.2.8 Patch 1 release. This is a very simple addon and still works fine so I thought I'd get rid of the test status and dive in with the 1.0.0 version for completeness.

The template modification required has switched to using regular expressions as the original template has been changed from XF2.0 and XF2.1. and the simple find and replace wasn't flexible for both versions.
