xF2 Add-on [DC] Thread Thumbnail 1.5.4

• Added option to turn on / off thumbnail for Youtube, Vimeo, Dailymotion.
• Fix errors when posts with videos have been deleted.

• minor bug fixes.

THIS IS A LARGE UPDATE, PLEASE UNINSTALL OLD VERSION BEFORE INSTALL THIS NEW UPDATE.

• Optimize code.
• Add on / off feature of Image Cover & Video Cover for each Thread at will. Please go to Permission -> Edit Thread Cover to allow each group of users to turn on Cover for posts.

• Fix a few small bugs.
