xF1 Add-on Border 1.5

Border v1.5 changes:

Added code to properly add border to transparent PNG's. Also added code yo only show JPG and PNG attachments.

Border v1.4 changes:

1) Updated Phrase to explain what bypass cache means.
2) Border link now only shows below post if there are attachments.

Border v1.3 changes:

Now follows the Can Edit Post permission so it's possible to allow Registered users to use this add-on.

Please do a complete uninstall of previous version before installing this new version.

Border v1.2 changes:

Added support for non standard size thumbnails.

Border v1.1 changes:

Fixed PHP code.
